There are many variables that influence the cost of a project. No two projects are the same and by discussing your needs and goals, we can give you a better idea of the costs related to your unique case. We always put the customer first, and it starts by providing accurate information from the very beginning.
Depending on the size and complexity of your project, construction can take anywhere from 4 to 18 months. That being said, our clients have been happily surprised with the efficiency of our services. At Rockwall Projects we aim to deliver on our promises, so once you have your building plans ready, we can provide a more accurate construction timeline. This timeline is specified in your building contract and it is one we take very seriously.
We offer two types of industry standard contracts issue by HIA or MBA here at Rockwall Projects. The first is a fixed price contract that includes specific details and a secure timeframe. The second is a cost-plus contract which offers further flexibility & client involvement. The cost-plus contract allows the client to choose contractors, specific finishes & continue to make changes during the project with no hassle. Both contracts have benefits that suit individual situations. Call us to learn which would suit you best.
Once you have worked with your Architect and submitted your DA (development application), we are more than happy to meet you on site for a free consultation. We recommend contacting us as soon as you have received your DA approval. This means that the process can begin and the easier it will be to obtain the CC (construction certificate). After this point, the rest is smooth sailing.
Absolutely! In our experience this type of project can be very beneficial for the client. We can assist investors in the design and construction of small unit blocks, houses, semi’s & townhouses. We have a clear progress payment schedule in our building contract. Progress payment and the percentage of each progress payment that will be outlined in detail in your contract. Progress payments are made at intervals during the construction .Depending on the size and duration of the project, this will depend on how many and at what stage each progress payment is made.
